STORE POLICY

PLEASE NOTE:

  • ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ONLINE ONLY!

  • All orders REQUIRE a signature for delivery

  • YOUR HAIR CARE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! Please refer to the care instructions included with your package to ensure the longevity of your hair extensions! It is highly recommended that you have a professional hair stylist to install/Color/Cut your hair extensions. If wefts are cut, please seal the ends to reduce shedding. Our items are shipped fully intact, and we are not responsible if the hair extensions do not perform due to lack of proper care.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

  • Make sure your order is correct prior to paying, from email address to shipping address.

  • BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH.

  • Once your payment is received, payment processing can take up to 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed.

  • After the payment is processed, the Processing Time begins. Processing Time is 1 to 3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Processing times are extended if there is a sales period as well up to 5 business days.

  • Our business hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame stated below.

  • Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends or holidays). This occurs after the Processing Time has ended. Please do not wait until the last minute to place your order if you need it by a certain date. Please order in advance to allow for delays that may be out of our control.

  • Once items are shipped, a tracking number is sent to the email you provided and we cannot ship to a different address. We are no longer responsible for your package after it has been submitted to USPS.

  • We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will NOT offer reimbursement of shipping cost.

​LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages! You will not receive a refund and your order will not be replaced for lost or stolen packages.

  • All packages come with a tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they move your package from one facility to the next.

  • We ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. This means someone must be at the address you provided to sign for the package.

  • If you are unavailable on the expected arrival date and time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS office via their website www.usps.com

  • No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS POLICY

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

  • Due to the nature of these products, refunds will not be issued.​

  • What is/are the nature of the Product(s)?

  • Hair Extensions and personal care products. Hair extensions and personal products (lashes, scalp soothers, etc.) cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • If you have placed an order and wish to cancel, there is a $35 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase date.

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
